Order Tracking

Incorrect Address

ANASHUB is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will gladly arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

International Orders
